RATES

On 2026

The Eastern vacation are from march 28th to april 12th
Autumn break is : from october 17th to november 2^nd
Christmas and new year’s vacation : from december 20th to January 3rd

January, February, November, December (excluding holiday periods): €690 / night
March, April, October (excluding holiday periods): €790 / night
May, June, September, Easter, Christmas and New Year: €990 / night
July – August: €1130 / night

Cleaning fee: €120 + €20 per room occupied The house is rented as a whole, for a maximum of 15 people and a minimum stay of 7 nights.

BOOKING

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 35% of the total amount.
A second payment of 35% must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
Final payment of 30% must be received no later than 15 days prior to arrival.

DEPOSIT

A deposit of €1500 is required*, to be paid one week before arrival. (* not collected if the deposit is paid by cheque)
It will be refunded 2 days after departure.
Any damage or loss found on the property will be deducted off the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

60 days prior your arrival: 50% of the deposit refunded
Less than 60 days prior your arrival: no refund of deposit
